Our team will handle the purchasing and delivery process, leveraging our trade discounts to bring you quality items at a mark up price, allowing you to focus on what you enjoy the most. Booking Policy
* Communication takes place via email, videoconference, or specified software—there is no need to learn new software from your side. * Deposit Policy: A credit card or PayPal account is required to schedule our services. Your card will be charged the total service fee at the time of booking. * Late Appointment Policy: To respect the time of our clients and staff, please be on time for your appointment or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your appointment and no refund will be granted. * Studio Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours before your appointment, we will contact you to schedule a new appointment based on availability. * Refund Policy: You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (minus processing fees) to your original payment method.
