Our Full Home eDesign service includes up to 6 rooms of an apartment or single family house. It includes design consultations, detailed design boards, shopping links, and scaled drawings that allow our clients to visualize their space before making any decision. e-Design is ideal for design enthusiasts looking to give harmony and a personalized touch to a selected area of their home, allowing them to stay within their preferred budget and scope. We'll work with you to optimize your space, select the perfect furniture and decor, and create a personalized design plan that matches your style and needs. Per room* Per design package** ° One concept board capturing the atmosphere of the space.* ° One furniture board including final selections.* ° Two alternate options are offered based on client’s feedback.* ° One furniture plan to scale to verify the design proposal fits.* ° Elevation drawings or sketches, as needed for installation.* ° One shopping list of all design items for the room.* ° 90-day project follow-up (We want to see your room finished and happy turnout! We are here to support you during installation.)** ° Virtual communication about the project.** ° 24-hour access to the design proposal for viewing and commenting on the project.* Single Room Design Elements Package For Living Space & Bedrooms: ° Area rug & curtains selection ° Three lighting types (Ex: 2 lamps and 1 chandelier) ° Pillows (up to 3 different textures) ° Wall paint and decor (up to 1 piece – mirror or art) ° Selection of furniture (example: sofa, chairs, center table, side tables, ottomans, storage) ° Storage optimization & accessories (up to 3 small decor items like baskets, vases, bowls, etc.) Single Room Design Elements Package For Bathrooms & Kitchens: ° Area rug & curtains selection (if applicable) ° 3 lighting types (Ex: mirror light, and/or ceiling light) ° Wall paint and/or wall treatment (Ex. tile or wallpaper) ° Decor (up to 1 piece – mirror or art) ° Selection of cabinetry (new or repurpose plan) ° Selection of plumbing fixtures (Ex. facets, sinks, bathtubs, shower heads, etc.) ° Accessories (up to 3 small decor items like baskets, vases, bowls, etc.) Email genesis@gbds.design if you have any question.
Booking Policy
Before booking our services, please note: * This service is delivered entirely online. Communication takes place via email, videoconference, or specified software—there is no need to learn new software from your side. The design process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the client’s feedback and speed of response. After the design plan is delivered, the client is responsible for purchasing the design elements at her/his/their own convenience. Sourcing and procurement services can be added for an additional fee. Talk to your designer if you are interested. * Late Appointment Policy: To respect the time of our clients and staff, please arrive on time or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 10 minutes late a $75 fee will be applied to your account and you will need to reschedule your appointment. * No-show Policy: If you do not show up for an appointment without a previous cancellation notice, your account will be charged a $75 fee. * Studio Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, we will contact you to schedule a new appointment based on availability. * Deposit Policy: A credit card or PayPal account is required to schedule our services. Your card will be charged only after our initial meeting when you agree to move forward with our design plan preview. The total service fee is required upfront to start developing your design plan. * Refund Policy: A refund will be credited to your original payment method for services that have not started yet. All processing fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable. * These policies apply to current and future meetings with GB Design Studio LLC as long as your account is active with us.
